Environmental  review for new water reservoir  near Meitar


Environmental  review for 'Mekorot' (Israeli water company) including examination of  different planning alternatives. Review of existing environmental conditions, environmental impact assessment and assessment of environmental conflicts which may be caused as a result of the implementation of the proposed plan. 

Environmental Impact Statement for new neighborhood in northern Ashdod- Lachish Park Project


Accompanying the planning process as well as examining planning alternatives, reviewing environmental aspects of the project and preparing guidelines and provisions for town planning scheme.

The project is located in northern Ashdod, east of Ashdod Port in the area between Lachish River (from the west) and Herzl St. (from east).

The project applies to an area of 582 000 m2   (~144 acres) and designates the land for a residential neighborhood, sports complex, park and additional residential usages. The entire area is free of construction.

The project proposes the construction of 3,169 housing units and 210 sheltered housing units, 75,000 square meters of commercial and employment space, a sports complex including a soccer stadium with a capacity of 24,000 spectators, a sports hall capable of holding 5,000 spectators and a swimming pool. Furthermore, the proposal includes buildings for public institutions, public open spaces, roads, a bus terminal, bicycle lanes and facilities for transformer rooms and a pumping station.

Removal of Waste Site - Route 562


Regularization and removal of a pirate waste site located east of route 562, under the jurisdiction of Kadima Local Council and Lev Hasharon Local Council. According to 'tama 8'(National Outline Plan #8) the area is a designated for a national park (Kadima Forest).
